Hormone & Menopause Care in Gillette, WY

Feel Like Yourself Again

Perimenopause and menopause can affect much more than your period. Changes in hormones can impact your sleep, mood, energy, weight, sexual health, and overall sense of well-being.

At Moss Health, we take the time to understand what you're experiencing and create an individualized plan to help you feel your best.

Is It Your Hormones?

Hormonal changes can show up in many different ways. We can help evaluate and treat symptoms including:

  • Hot flashes and night sweats

  • Trouble sleeping

  • Fatigue and low energy

  • Mood changes and irritability

  • Brain fog

  • Changes in weight

  • Low libido

  • Vaginal dryness or discomfort

  • Irregular or changing periods

  • Changes in skin and hair

You don't have to wait until menopause—or until your symptoms become severe—to ask for help.

Treatment Designed for You

Hormone therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. We'll talk about your symptoms, medical history, concerns, and goals and determine which options are appropriate for you.

Treatment may include:

Estrogen Therapy

Estrogen may be used to treat symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, and vaginal symptoms. Options can include patches, gels, creams, vaginal therapy, and other formulations.

Progesterone

Progesterone may be included in your treatment plan when appropriate, including for uterine protection with systemic estrogen therapy.

Testosterone

For appropriately selected patients, testosterone therapy may be considered after a discussion of potential benefits, risks, and alternatives.

Hormone Pellets

Hormone pellet therapy is available for appropriately selected patients who prefer a longer-lasting treatment option. Pellets are placed beneath the skin during a brief in-office procedure and release hormone gradually over time.

We'll discuss the benefits, risks, limitations, and alternatives to pellet therapy so you can make an informed decision about whether it's right for you.

Non-Hormonal Treatment

Hormone therapy isn't right for everyone. Non-hormonal medications and other treatment options are also available depending on your symptoms and health history.

Whole-Person Care

Sometimes symptoms that seem hormonal have more than one cause.

As a board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Moss looks beyond menopause alone—considering sleep, thyroid health, metabolic health, medications, weight, sexual health, and your overall medical history.

Our goal is simple: help you feel better while taking care of your long-term health.
